Hypnosis is a state of mind where it is possible to perceive oneself in a more holistic manner, away from the chatter of our everyday mind and thought patterns. From this state of focused relaxation we are able to understand ourselves more fully and bring about the change we require.
Hypnotherapy has been widely documented to assist in the healing of a variety of issues such as addiction, panic, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, and phobias, to name just a few.
Depth Hypnosis extends beyond traditional forms of hypnotherapy by looking deeper into issues in order to assist clients in making meaningful changes in their lives.
Depth Hypnosis encorporates suggestion hypnosis along with past life, pre-natal and age regressions to reinforce the discoveries made about exisiting patterns of behaviour that cause suffering. From the Depth Hypnosis model, hypnosis is just one form of altered state work. Another form includes the shamanic journey. Via altered state work clients are able to connect with the deeper parts of their unconscious, repressed memories and experiences and unconscious patterns of behaviour. Altered state work enables clients to draw much closer to these feelings and experiences than they would in their normal waking state. Going deeply into these places in the psyche and returning with information about how these contribute to the clients suffering is paramount to the healing process.
Through Depth Hypnosis, clients are always fully aware , in control and remember everything when working in an altered state.
